Stephen is an old soul with an old-fashioned work ethic and morals. He listened to what we wanted, was truthful, and explained the “why” in his choices. He always communicated promptly, either by phone, email, or text. Under the contract, he was communicative on the next steps and made sure we were diligent at Inspection. He knows the land, building, and economics of all things real estate. I could not recommend him more. You will not find better.
