I went with my intuition when I chose Jodi for looking for our new home. While we were not thinking about moving for a few years yet we wanted to see what we could get and different neighborhoods. Well we found a home on the first day. In fact it was first one Jodi took us to. We looked at others. Drove around Tucson, Marana and Oro Valley. We loved the one we are buying. Jodi has gone the distance for us as we are out of towners. Has been available for tons of questions as it's been over 20 years since we've purchased a home. lots have changed. There is much to say about a welcoming and a can do will do attitude. You can tell she loves what she does and loves her community. We can't wait to become part of the Oracle community. So far this has been a pretty smooth deal. Cody fire and all.
We had the opportunity to work with Jill Rouse over the last two months while investigating and then buying a Villa at Saddlebrook Ranch. Joel did an amazing job helping us through the home buying process. He made sure we found the home that was perfect for us. Joel went above and beyond with the home inspection and repairs that needed to be made before we closed on the house. I cannot say how much we appreciate his expertise and follow through.
