About Stephen Argentati

Stephen is grateful to be the owner and Designated Broker of Oracle Land & Homes. He earned a Bachelor's in Business Management from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University, and is proud to have sold over 300 properties with multiple successes in the $1,000,000+ price range. He is an honest, hardworking and compassionate leader, who strives for Oracle Land & Homes to provide best-in-class service for all clients; whether they are a Seller, Buyer, Landlord, or Tenant. 

As a husband and father of two young boys, Stephen has learned that doing the right thing always pays off, and that success requires collaboration, resourcefulness and perseverance. He is an Arizona native and offers extensive local knowledge of Oracle, the active adult communities in Catalina/Oro Valley, and all of the areas surrounding Tucson.    

Stephen became interested in real estate after he met his wife Halie in high school and she introduced him to her hometown, Oracle. Shortly after falling in love with Halie he fell in love with the town, and feels that it is one of the few areas left with small town charm that is still in close proximity to a city. When he's not working, Stephen takes advantage of Arizona's ideal weather and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including riding their family horses, mountain biking, gardening, and working on their 2005 Jeep.
