Joel is a Realtor and Property Manager here at Oracle Land & Homes. Joel is uniquely qualified to buy and sell homes in our area. He earned his Law Degree at the University of Arizona specializing in Land Use, Property, Water, and Environmental Law. He also holds a J.D. Certificate in Environmental Law and Policy.

Joel has worked in Land and Water Resource Development for over 30 years, helping to oversee the development of properties from the initial planning phase through the completion of residential, commercial, and agricultural development projects in Southern Arizona. Joel is an Oracle resident and can often be seen walking by the Oracle park with his son Glenn riding a bike beside him. We couldn't be happier with his attention to detail and the extremely high quality of service he offers.
